In practice, our AI-powered tools provide recommendations and insights, but you always make the final decision. AI serves as an intelligent assistant, never an autonomous decision-maker.
Our vision is clear. In a world where unconscious bias still influences hiring decisions, AI gives us the opportunity to level the playing field but only if we build it right.
To ensure our AI systems do not perpetuate existing biases, we apply three key principles:
No training on historical decision data
We do not train our models on past hiring decisions, to avoid reproducing patterns (whether from candidates or recruiters) that may carry implicit bias.
No inference from sensitive or potentially discriminatory data
Our AI does not generate or infer text based on information that could lead to discrimination, such as name, address, ethnicity, gender, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Explicit anti-bias instructions in prompts
The prompts we use to guide our AI models include explicit instructions to avoid any form of bias or discrimination in their outputs.
When we detect bias, we address it immediately. Fairness is not an aspiration—it's a requirement.
