1.1 Conversational Job Posting Generator
What it does is simple. It automatically drafts complete, authentic job descriptions in minutes through a conversational AI assistant.
How it works:
- Describe your requirements in natural language (e.g., "I'm looking for a product designer in Paris, 3 years experience, fluent English")
- AI asks clarifying questions to gather missing details
- Job description is generated with appropriate tone of voice and level of detail
- Each field updates automatically as you interact with the agent
- AI learns your company's style and recruitment techniques over time
The primary use case is saving time on job posting creation while maintaining your unique employer brand voice.

1.2 AI Application Scoring (Pre-screening)
What it does is straightforward. It helps you identify relevant candidates faster by highlighting how well each application matches your job requirements.
How it works:
- You request screening criteria through the conversational interface—AI doesn't generate them automatically. AI suggests relevant criteria based on your input and/or the job description context.
- Each criterion is evaluated individually against specific, non-discriminatory sections of the candidate's profile: work experience, diplomas, and skills only. This deliberate scoping helps mitigate bias by excluding irrelevant or sensitive information from the evaluation
- Each application receives a match score to help you prioritize your review—you always make the final decision
- Every score comes with a clear explanation so you understand the reasoning
- You stay in control: adjust the criteria anytime to reflect what matters most to your team
