PART 1: SCOPE AND PURPOSE

1.1. What is this document?

This Welcome Hiring Suite Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy (the "Guide") applies to all Authorized Users accessing and using the Welcome to the Jungle products (the "Services" or the “Platform”) on behalf of a Customer that has signed an Agreement with WTTJ.

This Guide is designed to be your practical reference for using our Services responsibly and effectively. It sets out what you can do, what you cannot do, and how to get the most out of each feature, while ensuring a fair and respectful experience for all candidates on the Platform.

This Guide forms an integral part of the Agreement and has the same contractual force and effect. In the event of any conflict between this Guide and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail.

Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

1.2. Who does this apply to?

This Guide applies to any individual Authorized User of a Customer, including HR managers, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and any other employees or contractors accessing the Platform on behalf of a Customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any Authorized User use of the Services complies with this Guide at all times.

1.3. The Welcome Hiring Suite

Depending on your organization's subscription, you may have access to one or more of the following products:

Each section of this Guide covers the specific rules and best practices for each product.

1.4. Our commitment

Welcome to the Jungle's mission is to make work a meaningful part of people's lives. That starts with a recruitment experience that is honest, transparent, and respectful for every candidate. As a user of our Platform, you share this responsibility with us.

We do not monitor the content published on the Platform in real time, but we reserve the right to act on breaches of this Guide as described in the Enforcement section.
